And the staff were absolutely amazing First off they were super friendly taking my order and helpful since my husband ordered something that wasnt on the drive thru menu. On top of the food being fresh and I was given the correct order. When I got home the food even looked appetizing instead of it being thrown together like my previous visits. If this is the type of customer service you will continue to have I will definitely be back. Thank you again! Went through the drive thru tonight, our order was messed up not a big deal they were somewhat busy. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and he said he would remake my food just to let the people in the drive thru know when were there. Ok , no big deal I can do that. Pulled up told them I was there for a remake 1 and remake 5 with cinnamon twist. They confirmed my order. I pulled up to the window and asked if I paid yes, I did pay it was a remake. I brought the previous order of food incase they didnt believe me and my receipt. They were rude and shut the window and multiple times did a different worker come to the window and just stare at me but never opened the window or bring me my food. Finally after waiting for the remake they brought the food to the window. I asked if the sauce was in the bag and once again I was told yes. It definitely wasnt in the bag nor was my order correct for the 2nd time. Theres 2 other Taco Bell locations in this area that will be getting my business. I always try to support business close to my house since I dont want to see them go out of business etc but with service like this I wont waste my money. ”
